Enterprise enquiries
We process your name, work email, company, role, demand question, source domain, submission time and a reference identifier to assess and respond. The information is kept in a protected enquiry record on the OBVIC public-web host and delivered to the monitored OBVIC contact mailbox.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns steps before a possible agreement, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is kept only as long as needed to manage the enquiry, protect against abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
Website security
The hosting system processes necessary connection data to serve and protect the site. Spam controls use a hidden field, minimum completion time and rate limiting.
No tracking
This site uses no analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies.
Your rights
